2013 Rolls Royce Wraith

The 2013 Rolls Royce Wraith was announced and reveled at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, and designed by Pavle Trpinac. The 2013 Rolls Royce Wraith is manufactured and assembled in Goodwood,England by Rolls Royce Motor Cars. And the name of the car Wraith comes from a Scottish word meaning Ghost or Spirit. The class of the Rolls Royce Wraith is a Full-Size car, and the bodystyle is a  2-door coupe. As for the layout and engine the Rolls Royce Wraith is equipped with front-engine, with rear wheel drive, and a 402.3cu twin-turbo V12 engine. And the Rolls Royce Wraith is equipped with a 8-speed automatic transmission, and as for the platform the Wraith has a BMW F01. I like this car because it has class and style, but still has the performance and power. It also has the classic look with the suicide doors on it.

 

2014 Porsche 918 Spyder

The 2014 Porsche 918 Spyder is a mid-engined plug-in hybrid supercar made by Porsche, The 918 Spyder is a limited addition supercar. And only 918 units are to be made of the 918 Spyder, it is also the second plug-in hybrid car from Porsche after the 2014 Panamera S E-Hybrid. The first time the 918 Spyder was ever seen was in March of 2010 at the80th Geneva Motor Show as a concept car. And the actual production version of the 918 Spyder was reviled in September of 2013 at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The 918 Spyder was designed by Michael Mauer and the 918 Spyder is assembled in Zuffenhausen,Germany. The bodystyle of the 918 Spyder a 2-door roadster, and the layout is a mid-engine all wheel drive. The engine of the 918 Spyder is a 4.6L V8 with 2 electric motors on the front and rear axle, as for the transmission the 918 Spyder has a 7-speed PDK daul-clutch. And the type of battery 918 Spyder uses is a 6.8kW-h liquid-cooled lithium ion battery. With the combination of engine with the 2 electric motors the 918 Spyder has a output of 887hp, with a top speed of 210mph. I like this car because its a amazing car it has a exotic look to its fast dangerous and low to the ground, whats not to like about it its a Porsche.

2014-present McLaren P1

  The 2014 McLaren P1 is a Supercar that is manufactured by McLaren Automotive and assembled in Working, Surrey, England. And in 2013 all 375 units were sold out of the P1 in November. The P1 was first revealed at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show , and all though McLaren strictly decided that only 375 units were to be made of the P1, but because of the high demand for more McLaren has decided that only 50 more units will be made. And each P1 goes for $1,300,000 in the U.S. and 1,030,000 pounds in England. The P1 is equipped with a 3.8L twin turbocharged V8 petrol engine that delivers 727bhp with 7500rpm combined with the electric motor with 176bhp. The transmission of the P1 is a 7-spped dual clutch by Graziano. As for the bodystyle and layout the P1 is a 2-door coupe with a RMR-layout. The P1 also comes with the feature of the formula 1 Instant Power Assist System also know as IPAS it also has a Drag Reduction System which is known as DRS. The P1 can go from 0-62mph in 2.8 seconds and 0-124mph in 6.8 second, making the P1 5.5 seconds faster than the F.

2015 Corvette Z06 C7

The 2015 Corvette Z06 or the C7 was manufactured by General Motors in 2013 till present day. And the C7 was designed by Ed Welburn, Kirk Benion, and Tom Peters. The C7 is assembled in Bowling King, Kentucky of the United States. The C7 was first reveled at 7pm EST on January 13, 2013 at the Detroit Auto Show. The car was originally to be released in 2011 but instead they changed it to 2013. As for some of the awards the car won were Automobile of the year 2014 from Automobile Magazine and also Performance Car of the Year 2013 by Road and Track. The new model of the C7 for 2015 was showed at the 2014 North American International Auto Show. The new C7 is equipped with a 6.2L supercharged LT4 engine with a 1.7L Eaton R1740 TVS supercharger, that produces 650hp and 650 lb-ft of torque. Also the C7 has Hyra-Matic 8L90 8-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters. And also it comes with two choices for the seats which are 2 magnesium GT seats or 2 competition sport seats. The C7 also comes with carbon ceramic-matrix brake disk If wished. The C7 will go on sale in January 2015 and the price is set at $78,995, which to me is not that bad of a price for what your getting. I like the new C7 because its a whole new breed of the Corvette it still has the look of a Corvette but a more aggressive and imitating look to it. The reason why I think it looks aggrieve is because of the shape of the head lights are sharp looking as if they pierce right through you, and the front grill has what looks to be a grin or a smirk on the car. Inviting you to try and control the beast within it. Personally I never really liked the corvettes that came before this one but to me this is a start of a new era of the Corvette.
